Legend have been sung about this one... I'll try to do it justice.

Little boy blue, come blow your horn The sheep's in the meadow, the cow's in the corn The little dog laughed to see such sport

Hope that answers your question.

well the sheep are straying for one and only one reason, they are afraid of villains that decide to go on a sheep raping/mutilating rampage. since the invention of fences and "movable grazing grounds" (hay etc) we eliminated the role of the "shepherd". The sheperd and his trusty staff would ward off those villians with hardons and an urge to mutilate his sheep, it's this sort of "the sheep will be fine because there's a fence there and i just gave them bales of hay" attitude that has caused the sheep to seek new forms of protective mechanisms, they are dying out there, being sodomised and mutilated, we must do something to keep the sheep from straying, perhaps...a new order of sheperds....armed with the latest technologies....can ward off these sheep raping villians, then and only then....will our sheep no longer stray
