When you respond to a message here, just click on it and then click on "contribute an answer". That way the messages for a single subject stay together. Also, I couldn't email to you, it was rejected by your server some reason.

Anyway... Another thing we aren't good at is getting the word out that we need help. One guy was supposed to do a newsletter for us last year at this time but it never got off the ground I guess. That's the number one thing that we need, so we can regularly communicate with the organization's members, relay the need for help in certain areas, etc. I did it for awhile a few years ago, but between coaching, running the touraments and tryouts, etc I just can't do it all! The best way to get involved is to start going to the board meetings, non-members are welcome. If you offer your input on the issues, offer to help with things, etc you will find that you will be well received and probably after a while nominated to be a board member.
