We continue to monitor the site that tracks the movement of a proposed bill thru Congress. As of this writing, HR 316 (Hazardous Waste Recycling Tax Credit Act of 1997 remains where it has been since 1 Jan 97 - with the House Ways and Means Committee. There have been no supporting bills introduced, no articles written in local newspapers and no actions taken (or scheduled to be taken) by the House Ways & Means Committee.
