We have been caught up with a shortfall claim of £18600 for the last 5 years. They originally accepted a payment of £20 per month with a annual review it's now upto £30 P/M. Now they have sent another letter saying that they want a full account of my current situation and copies of all bank statment etc. What should I do ? or what can they do if I don't ?
