Response to Complaint for the Mame TG3

I have a problem calibrating the CH Flightstick. While testing, the trottle on the gaming options, the throttle on the ch flightstick won't work and I keep getting "error make sure the controller is connected" There's no other options to fix this problem, would you know an other ideas so the next time I won't get this ridiculous error? Please respond back.
