OK, the answer to your question as I read it is this:(posted 8822 days ago)In regulation play, you are allowed to submit recordings any time after you record your high score attempt. So you can record today and submit on December 30th, 2034 and it's still legal for all it matters.
In all of our tournaments, however, you must submit your recording no more than 24 hours after you record it - it's a measure to reduce the sandbagging...
