I've just checked and confirmed your Ikki score and you're right. He doesn't appear at any time. This is weird. In my new recording that I've just uploaded I think I catched him about 4 times.(posted 8901 days ago)Maybe I'm doing something that you don't do, I just can't figure out what that should be.
He's dressed totally in blue, except that he have yellow stripes on his jacket. He is also carrying something that looks like a knife.
I hope you'll find him one day :-)
BTW, I've just reached area 3-2 which is extremely hard :-(
About Dommy, if you succeed in getting the bonus on all four scenes you win. I've only managed to do it once in scene 3 :-)
