Response to Tmnt and Shootout settings

Older settings on tmnt were 2 life.From mame36b02 the default is 1 life. I proposed to use the newest setting maintaining the older records but considering only points done with the first life. I replayed all the older records, keeping note of the new scores and then I mailed it to gb9 and skito. This rules can be applied to other games (listed in a previous post by gb9) that have the same problem.
