Sudden failure depressing clutch barely declutches engine

When driving yesterday, the clutch suddenly barely declutched the transmission. I assume the brake and clutch fluid reservoirs are common and each have their own lines. I assume that the clutch hydro has sprung a leak, and pumping helps a (very)little bit. How do I bleed the clutch so that I can drive the car to a mechanic?
