Response to Ruling on secret characters?

I would guess it wouldn't be a problem. Just shows a preference of
one character over others really. Didn't someone submit a SFZ
recording some time ago using Akuma? I don't know the KOF series, so
I have no idea if there is any particular advantage with secret
characters - you still have to learn to use that character, right?
