Firstly, shouldn't you use -playback to play it back at not -record?(posted 9359 days ago)Secondly, unfortunately I have the same problem with Puzzle Bubble, the bubbles are different colours when you play back. Then I found out (by going into game settings with F2) that the game knows the actual date and time, so the emulator is using some sort of external asynchronous call to get the real time from the system.
My guess is that this time information isn't recorded in the inp so when you play back the game it is played at a different 'time' from when the recording was made. If a random number generator is getting its seed by reading the time then the game won't play back properly. I thank you.
