Speed question about Blosts recording of Makaimura

I just viewed Blosts inp file on the game Makai-mura. (with mame 036 final for dos)And i wonder if it is my computer or mame itself that plays tricks with me!! To me the game goes in doubble speed when i replay the inp. file!! Is it recorded that way or i4m I doing something wrong folks??

Can someone else please check it out?

By the way Blost, sorry that you died at level 3 the second time after the illusion, cause you could have gathered some points there to get my record! Nice played Blost.
