Response to Problems uploading

Steve, I may be missing something here, but what you describe sounds much like your Windows Explorer properties on your system have been changed to show file extensions. I'm presuming your OS is Win95/98/2000 or NT. By default you don't see extensions of known file types (even though they are there) but this might have been changed. This would explain all of the unusual extensions you are now seeing where you never used to. You can change the option back to what you are used to by opening Windows Explorer and looking under the options on the 'View tab' in 'View | Folder Options'. Look for something like 'Hide file extensions for known file types' and tick it. Good to see you 'back in action' on MARP.
