We have a black lab who needs her ears cleaned out on a regular basis. I use opti wash.. can get it from any pet supply catalog. But first you want to clear up the infection... that can be nasty. After you get that treated just clip as patty mentioned and clean ears a few times a week. The reason your dog gets this is because of long ears, thats what our vet told me.
