How to grow wheat in southern Nevada?

I live in southern Nevada. I have bought spring and summer wheat seed from The Ark Institute, and am interested in knowing what the best methods are for growing wheat in the desert. I plan to irrigate with my domestic well. Currently, spring is in the air, and the trees are starting to leaf out.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
