Plans for voting in Tourney 4

OK... here's what I think should happen with voting in tournament 4.

Still three games / player, but I was thinking of...

3 games if a TG MAME 36 comes out

3 games if a TG MAME 36 doesn't come out(in essence, we'd still be doing MAME 35)

So for example, one's vote would look like this:

MAME 36:

OutRun PacMan Ms. PacMan

MAME 35:

PacMan Ms. PacMan The Amazing Maze Game

No, this is not an actual vote, it's just an example :)

We'd then be deciding what version to use when tournament 4 starts on May 1st. And it's my hope that it will be MAME 36 :)
