Response to Tourney 3 - What should we do with those that vote & don't play 10 games?

so if you voted but were upset with the game selection results OR the tournament goings on and decided not to enter tournement 2 or started to enter but realized you wouldn't have any fun before you entered all the games, you are penalized by having two less votes?

If this is a democracy, even if you're a disgruntaled postal worker you should be allowed to have the same voting power as the president. But it's proly not a democracy?
