What the hell's happening to 40k

What the hell do the think there doing to 40k!!!!!!!
I have been collecting 40k for nearly 4 years now and there have been many changes to the game which I have easly addapted to but
now I haven't got a dam clue what the hell is going on. I collect Ultramarines and want to know about spacemarines in the 'Nespis 8' new 40k game.
COULD SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON.get me at
