Response to Windows XP and MAME

Hi I'm dumb and don't know anyhting about all that fancy techno stuff but I have windows xp and mame32 works fine the only thing wrong with it is that capcom games don't work properly or actually they run slower at full screen so I have to minimize the screen a little. It takes screen shots but I havn't figured out that mose stuff yet.
