I got the entire list somewhere, (had a friend in the childhood days that actually owned a machine, I remember we touching the coin wires together to ring up a credit!) I'll have to pull them out, but basically if you can not overheat, not miss and go in exact order from bottom to top you get max bonuses.... Also anything during Energy Level Critical is worth double... (And I think if you either stay marginal or higher or finish the entire asteriod section at critical you get another bonus.
