How many use .inp's for things other than high scores?

I often times will use input files to play the beginning of a game which has gotten a little boring and allow me to practice on later levels. For example, I have an input file which I've played that goes through the first five levels of Frogger. Then, I can take over and practice the later stages without having to do the earlier ones over and over.

I'm curious if anyone else uses .inp files as a learning tool or if I'm just a pathethic wacko. ;-)
