Response to recordings without sound

Some games can't be played back when they are recorded with sound, goalx3 (and a lot of the soccer games for some reason) have this attribute. Also just because people record with out sound doesn't mean you have to play their games back with out sound. For most cases you CAN playback a recording with sound when it was recorded with out sound, but not always...
