I asked the same question about the secret codes in Bubble Bobble and undocumented moves in Fighter games some time back now. Opinion was split on the issue.(posted 9103 days ago)I believe that as long as the secrets are freely made available to all (like you've listed them above) and that you state that you used them in a text file accompanying the inp, then you should be permitted to use them. The codes are part the game (albeit well hidden).
I can certainly understand those opposed to these powerup codes being used as it clearly makes the game much easier and there is a good argument indicating that playing with codes wasn't intended by the game designers.
Tough issue.
