KoA Round #3 decisions

Round #3 is in the books, but there has been a delay. Here is the reasoning. One, we have a tie in a category that needs to be determined. Checking into things to decide that issue. Two, all ads from Eads have been cancelled, due to Eads declaring out of business. (nice, huh!) Trying to secure another provider. Three, Round #4 will be ready to rock shortly. Have a good day.
