Giovanni pretty much summed up what I was going to say. We don't split games by character, as that's essentially a player-chosen handicap (not to mention the fact that we would then have to split A LOT of fighting games)(posted 9220 days ago)As for Pipe Dream, I see no reason why not to split this, provided the courses for all three worlds are different. If someone can confirm this, I'll e-mail Pat tonight.
