Double elimination? hmmmm... don't like the sound of that. It'll just thin out the participants too quickly I think.(posted 9263 days ago)I'd prefer that people have a better chance, so maybe breaking the contestants up into groups of 4 playing more than one game, with the lowest overall in each group dropping out might make for a more balanced competition? A kind of mini-league knockout?
I can quite easily find more than one game in every genre that I'm useless at, so I quite expect to be out early, especially given some of the people it looks like I'll be pitted against :)
