Joystick error in Guerilla War

Anyone who knows why Guerilla war and the clones crashes and some Joystic error text shows up on the screen??

BBH4s recordings are from 50k to 100k on those games but i can4t get more then 10k and the error shows up.. Does it have to do wich mame version you use also?
