To adjust mouse sensitivity settings, change the sensitivity values under 'Analog Control', not the Key/Joy Speed (that's when you are using keyboard or joystick as an analog substitute. You'll likely have to lower the settings a bit, because they are quite sensitive at default.(posted 9338 days ago)To reverse the up/down, change the AD Stick Y Reverse from Off to On, again under 'Analog Control', in your main menu.
