Well... I WOULD say to think in terms of MAME 35 - in other words, if Street Fighter Zero was in there, it'd be accepted.(posted 9358 days ago)However, since it did not reach the randomizer at all, we can't allow Street Fighter Zero into the tournament. What IS debatable is should we allow Street Fighter II in the tournament if we used MAME 35(and it works in MAME 35) when the person intended it as a MAME 36 vote.
