Response to Cencus?

Hello, The "law" regarding taking a census is in the Constitution of the US. You can find it on line at www.constitution.org/constit_.htm#con4.2 or if you prefer to look in an encyclopedia or dictionary. It is covered under Article 1 Section 2 paragraph #3.
