I feel person who completed the tourny should be given the full vote. In other words, they should be allowed vote for 3 games.(posted 9399 days ago)Where as a player who did not play and finish the games should only be allow to vote for one game. (You can simply not allow a player to vote. But, you can restrict it.)
Also, I feel the winner of the previous tournament should allow to pick one game for the next tournament. This game would be automatically be in the next tournament. Barring, of course any real serious problems like it not emulated or working right in MAME.
