Response to 5-Grain pancake/waffle mix

Thanks Barbara, but that's not quite it. The recipe I'm looking for is probably from the '80's. You cut shortening into it along with baking soda etc. To use it you add milk & egg. I do not remember putting dry milk in it, but maybe I did? I always stored it in the fridge & it keeps forever. I will give yours a try tho, who knows maybe it is even better than the other one?
