That is a funny joke! LOL! Going to have to remember that one. The
freezing in cubes and using one egg for baking is a great idea too. We
eat a lot of omelets when we are running over with eggs. Usually the
standard, onions, peppers, bacon or sausage, and cheese filling.
Anyone have any good omelet filling ideas?
