Not a full-time every day answer, but a change is nice, and there are
some interesting suggestions at

rice stored that you need to work through to rotate the storage. Rice
is easiest; but I like just about any grain occasionally, brought to
the boil and then simmered long in the evening, left to soak in the
warm water (on a slow-combustion wood stove ideally) overnight, then
brought back to the boil for ten or fifteen minutes or so in the
morning. Add just about anything you like - milk and sugar or honey,
pasta sauce, chopped fruit, .... At the moment though (just started
autumn in Australia) we have had a year like you wouldn't believe for
apples, and I'm trying to work my way through those until I can see
daylight again, so (regularly or for a change or for a changing
supplement to the old regular) fresh fruit in season.
