Rabbits can be shiped by mail ,infact breeders going to national shows ship there rabbits all the time. most of the top breeders will ship there rabbits any were but it is easyer and cheaper to get your rabbits local.There must be a ARBA show near you? contact them and see, they will also be able to give you names of breeders in your area, you can feed them garden produce but only in small portions [start slowly]but you should still feed some pellet food as it has vitamens and fiber in it which help them stay healthy
