Can anyone help me to find a poem

I am looking for a poem written by an old lady who had dies in hospital - the nurse who had been looking after the lady found the poem in her cabinet when clearing it out - she spoke about how the nurse looked at her as an old person when inside she was a young girl and how the nurse was too busy to listen etc. the nurse replied to the lady with a poem. Does anyone know these poems or where I can find them.
