Leaving it in service mode won't work when recording. When you start recording a game, it won't start up in service mode. Getting it to remember the 700 is not too hard, but it ignores those settings (including starting up in service mode) when recording because these settings are NOT in the .cfg file (which is loaded when recording), but in the .hi file (which is NOT loaded when recording). So every time you record, it will use the defaults, regardless of the changes you made in service mode and regardless of whether you hit escape while in service mode.(posted 9447 days ago)This problem is fixed in 36b15 (and maybe in some earlier versions as well), so it is possible to record a game starting at 700 health there, but that does not help us any at this point.
