Chad, very few people want to start an entirely new leaderboard right now, especially since a number of us are taking a lot of time to fix up the old one. Tournament recordings aren't even a part of this vote, the ruling there has already been decided, and TGMAME, like evry other MAME will go through a long process of being hacked/fixed/hacked/fixed/hacked.
