Response to Tourney 3 - Time for the debate, and we'll do it with these games...

About "slowness": I had a P90 and I could play Marble Madness without sound with good enough speed. I also used an option -noscanlines(or was it nosync)which helped tremendously. For those of you who have slow computers, try no sound, noscanlines, and ofcourse with really slow ones change frameskip(games are still very playable with frameskip of 30/60,). Now I have amdk6-2 300 and it plays perfectly with full sound on. Another issue is that soundtrack in MM absolutely awesome!!(by Hal Canon,paperboy,peter packrat,720?...Atari(long live!)games)

For comparison, a friend of mine has P60 with slow graphic card and he can't even play joust or T&F without slowing down with sound.

I don't think a game can be left out because some have only P9,99 or so. Sure if a majority of competitors can't play a game, it should be banned though.

No marathon games. But what is the limit of marathon? A friend told me he should play easily 500 000 at Gauntlet 2, which would take some time. But he's best G2 player I know, he used to take my coins and play me few thousand "health units" before I started to play...

PS. I voted for Marble and Tron, so lady fortune has been favourable for me... :)
