Response to Banning games,related to the vote.

It is my understanding that storage space is not an issue, memory is. Zwaxy neeeds to load all the games that have scores in them into memory, Banned games will not have a score thus don't need to be loaded into memory. Hence the saving with out stoping uploads from happening, which in my mind is a harsher thing to do, even though it takes a lot of work away from the banning judges.
