I think you know but Scene 12 is harder than 11 but both are very unpredictable because there is little space between cars. I proly shouldn't give you this hint:) (and maybe you already know this) is to not stop at all at the 1rst and 2nd ladders, you can just barely make it under the horse if you book directly too the 3rd ladder, you'll have to stop to wait for the second horse but you can save some time by doing this. The key to the 11th is getting the letters fast, since after a few cars come out they start coming with little space betwen them, but you can get out early enough to make use of the big begining spaces.
