Name of a poet featured in a PBS program

Several months ago I caught a portion of a PBS show on poetry. It looked like it was filmed under a tent at some sort of a poetry event. A young female poet of asian heritage possibly vietnamese, read her poem about a dress I think had belonged to her dead sister, Any one know of this poet and poem.
