Yeah, I was amazed at the speed Phil Lamat was getting , although I have achieved this on the coin-op I can't get anywhere near it on MAME. His speed on the field events is inconsistant which leads me to believe that it is probably legal and he's using some king of coin-op button or even joystick controls. On the coin-op I've managed a 7.14 for 100m using a joystick and a 7.22 with buttons. On the long jump the bar can easily be maxed out as jumping dead on the line gives a speed boost of 50 and I could often manage 1480-1500 with good button controls.(posted 9842 days ago)For an advanced playing guide, check out my new Track & Field page at www.dithsworld.cjb.net.
