B & B now I have their SARN response any advice on how to decipher it!

I have today (Saturday) received a response from Bradford and Bingley and at the risk of sounding dim, how would I recognise the mortgage deed which I requested among other things. As far as I can tell I have not got any of the information I asked for, including the mortgage deed so I will be asking them for the same things again but wanted to be sure I hadn't got it and just not recognised it! The one thing I can make out is a schedule of title, is that the thing I am after? I admit to being overwhelmed by how much paper they sent but having looked through it most of it is duplicated and a lot of it so poorly photocopied it is illegible. I can make out some very rude remarks made about me by a G Flynn but that doesn't help much. Also, would they have to produce in court the things I have asked for like the notification of completion of sale etc. etc. Many thanks for any help and when I get more info or if I can be of any use to anyone else please just e-mail me.
