Air Conditioning

I have a 67 GTO which had air originally. It is the only thing missing from a solid numbers matching Califoria car. Everything under the hood is gone except for the nipples comming through the firewall. Naturally I would like to get the air going again, preferably with original looking parts. Any ideas on who would supply and install this and should I consider replacing the under dash parts because of their age? Thanks in advance Ken
