I have recieved a court summons for a shortfall from when my home was repossessed over 9 years ago they are claiming 80,000 plus 8 years interest of 55,000 the letter is from Mr A Jefferson of assett recoveries I have contacted the Solicitors and made an offer of 8000 however I have also recieved a letter from jefferson asking for 24000 as settlement out of court what should i do nacab didnt seem to help i can not relly afford a solicitor and my health is not very good im being treated for depression
