In view of the discussion of deficits as lower % of GDP than in Reagan's administration, I recently was informed that he was upset enough about the 6% deficit/GDP that he threatened to raise taxes. I had not heard of this before(or forgot). Any truth to it, nd did he raise taxes? Thanks(posted 7384 days ago)
