This little girl is Ella Owen with her father Ed Owen, who works for Jack Straw, a local resident. Ella has cystic fibrosis - a disease for which a cure may be found within the next few years. A number of Kennington residents, politicians and others are therefore working together to raise £100,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust by running in the 2004 London Marathon.
