How do you measure central bank transactions?

I would like to know how i can get data on all of the Fed's transactions for a given period of time (preferably monthly).

That is, I would like to get a list of all the money that goes into the fed and all the money that the fed pays out to people.

If there is not single place to get this data, how could i do about combining series of data to get this kind of listing?
