Dear anyone who knows more than me,(posted 7515 days ago)I am just about to take on Abbey National/Eversheds afrer trying to avoid it for the past 13 years. After reading this site (never new it existed until last week) I have issued the Abbey with a SARN and am awaiting a responce but last week recieved a Financial Declaration they want completed and returned (no chance) and on it it is asking for my details as well as my Husbands. The debt is from a repo from 1991 and I wasnt on the mortgage only my Husband and his dissapearing EX! Will they hold me responsible now as we are married? Also how easy is it for them to put an attachment to our current house so that when we sell they will get their money?
Please help I need to know as much as poss to take these bloodsuckers to the cleaners! Thanks Debbie
